Čo stránka nerobí
- Nezobrazuje žiadne reklamy.
- Nemeria návštevnosť, nepoužíva Google Analytics ani inú obdobnú službu.
- Nemá účty ani prihlasovanie, nepýta si meno, e-mail ani nič iné.
- Nenačítava obsah z cudzích serverov — žiadne externé písma, videá ani
tlačidlá sociálnych sietí. Všetko, čo stránka potrebuje, je na nej samej.
- Nepoužíva cookies.
Čo sa ukladá priamo v prehliadači
Aby si dieťa nemuselo pri každom spustení nastavovať hru nanovo, stránka si
do pamäte prehliadača (localStorage) ukladá:
- veľkosť zobrazenia (lupa), to, či je zapnutý zvuk, a vybraný jazyk,
- nastavenia hier — rýchlosť, počet nepriateľov, vybranú postavičku,
- najvyššie dosiahnuté skóre.
Tieto údaje zostávajú v zariadení. Neodosielajú sa nikam a
prevádzkovateľ sa k nim nedostane. Nie sú v nich žiadne informácie o tom,
kto hru hrá. Zmažú sa vymazaním údajov stránky v nastaveniach prehliadača.
Na takéto ukladanie sa podľa zákona o elektronických komunikáciách
nevyžaduje súhlas, pretože je nevyhnutné na fungovanie služby, ktorú si
používateľ sám vyžiadal. Preto na stránke nie je žiadna lišta so súhlasom.
Pri prvom otvorení si stránka prečíta jazyk nastavený v prehliadači, aby
vybrala jazykovú verziu. Deje sa to priamo v zariadení, nič sa neodosiela
a nič sa z toho neuchováva okrem samotnej voľby jazyka.
Záznamy webhostingu
Stránka je uložená u poskytovateľa webhostingu. Ten — tak ako každý
webový server — vedie prevádzkové záznamy o požiadavkách, ktoré obsahujú
IP adresu, čas prístupu, typ prehliadača a adresu načítanej stránky.
IP adresa sa podľa GDPR považuje za osobný údaj.
Tieto záznamy slúžia výhradne na prevádzku a bezpečnosť servera.
Prevádzkovateľ ich nepoužíva na sledovanie návštevníkov, nespája ich
s ničím iným a nevytvára z nich žiadne profily.
Právnym základom je oprávnený záujem na bezpečnej prevádzke stránky
(čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR).
Deti
Stránka je určená malým deťom, a preto je postavená tak, aby o nich
nezbierala vôbec nič. Nevyžaduje sa žiaden súhlas, pretože sa nespracúvajú
žiadne údaje na základe súhlasu. Ak sa to niekedy zmení, bude to uvedené tu
a vopred.
Tvoje práva
Pri údajoch v prehliadači si ich vieš kedykoľvek zmazať sám, v nastaveniach
prehliadača. Vo vzťahu k záznamom webhostingu máš práva podľa GDPR —
najmä právo na prístup, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania
a namietať proti spracúvaniu. Uplatniť si ich môžeš na adrese

Sťažnosť môžeš podať aj na Úrade na ochranu osobných údajov SR.
Zmeny
Ak sa na stránke niečo zmení tak, že to ovplyvní údaje návštevníkov,
bude to uvedené tu. Naposledy upravené 19. septembra 2026.

What the site does not do
- It shows no advertising.
- It measures no traffic and uses neither Google Analytics nor any similar service.
- It has no accounts and no sign-in, and asks for no name, e-mail or anything else.
- It loads no content from other servers — no external fonts, videos or
social network buttons. Everything the site needs is on the site itself.
- It uses no cookies.
What is stored in the browser itself
So that a child does not have to set the game up again on every start, the
site stores in the browser’s memory (localStorage):
- the display size (zoom), whether sound is on, and the chosen language,
- game settings — speed, number of enemies, the chosen character,
- the highest score reached.
This data stays on the device. Nothing is sent anywhere and
the operator has no access to it. It contains no information about who is
playing. It is deleted by clearing the site data in the browser settings.
Under the Slovak Electronic Communications Act, storage like this needs no
consent, because it is necessary to provide the service the user asked for.
That is why there is no consent banner on the site.
On the first visit the site reads the language set in the browser in order
to pick a language version. This happens on the device itself, nothing is
sent anywhere, and nothing from it is kept except the language choice.
Web hosting logs
The site is stored with a web hosting provider. Like every web server, it
keeps operational logs of requests, containing the IP address, the time of
access, the browser type and the address of the page loaded. Under the
GDPR an IP address counts as personal data.
These logs serve the operation and security of the server only. The
operator does not use them to track visitors, does not combine them with
anything else and builds no profiles from them. The legal basis is the
legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Children
The site is meant for little children, and is therefore built so that it
collects nothing at all about them. No consent is required, because no data
is processed on the basis of consent. Should that ever change, it will be
stated here, in advance.
Your rights
Data in the browser you can delete yourself at any time, in the browser
settings. As for the web hosting logs, you have the rights granted by the
GDPR — in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure,
restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing. You can
exercise them at

You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority
(Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
